Tribosonics is a Sheffield hardtech scaleup producing integrated sensor solutions to address industrial challenges. As an established player in the British engineering ecosystem we were excited when Tribosonics approached us for help with the design of a new integrated sensing package.
Tribosonics asked Amodo to design a new implementation package utilising their sensing hardware. Designed for deployment into the field we needed to create a product that was rugged, safe, easy to use, and capable of achieving high-precision readings.
Working collaboratively with Tribosonics’ engineers and sensor experts, our mechanical and electronics teams worked to generate a series of design proposals to be reviewed by Tribosonics. Following initial ideation, Amodo were tasked with bringing concepts up-to production standard and producing a manufacture package ready to be deployed.
After delivering this complete manufacture pack, Amodo were then selected to produce the first hardware run. We worked with our close network of local suppliers to deliver a completed, fully QC’d and electrically verified hardware package ready for Tribosonics to deploy to clients.
Amodo work across the whole engineering scope, from ideation through to production. Our team of engineers is expert at design for manufacture, creating products that are ready to be deployed into the field. In this project we complemented Tribosonics’ existing multi-disciplinary engineering team.
